Apprentice Chefs

Move to the Mighty Majestic Murray! ¨Rich River Golf Club Resort is situated in Echuca Moama, located on the banks of the majestic Murray River and less than 3 hours from Melbourne. Our facilities include a 36 hole golf course, pro shop, gym, tennis, bowling, croquet and Moama Sports Club. With Echuca Moama's largest Motel our onsite accommodation caters for all groups.

Our two Club's facilities include bars, keno and tab, dining, outdoor terrace and balconies, coffee shop and function facilities. With everything made onsite our kitchen brigade consist of 25 staff which includes an Executive Chef, Head Chef, Qualified Chefs, Apprentices, Cooks and Kitchenhands, Butcher, Boner and a Pastry Chef.

Modern cuisine in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere James Maiden Bistro offers high quality, great value meals to suit all tastes. Serving 17,000 meals per month and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner we offer a la carte seasonal menu as well as weekly themed nights and specials.

Rich River Golf Club Resort is an ideal location for conferences, corporate functions, weddings, parties, training, just about anything as we can cater for groups as small as from 10 to as large as 600. With 6 function areas our menus vary from set, buffet, cocktail and gourmet bbqs.

The success of our operation is largely dependent on the quality of our staff. Rich River Golf Club Resort places enormous emphasis on staff training and staff retention. We believe that our staff are our number one asset and as such we take great pride in creating a harmonious and much sort after work place. Casual Bar and Gaming
Previous Gaming experience, NSW RSA and RCG are essential. TAB experience preferred but not necessary.

Casual Bus Driver
Current heavy ridged licence essential. NSW RSA preferred with a sound knowledge of the Echuca and Moama area.

Casual Waiter/ress
Applicants must have previous experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in our busy and fast paced bistro whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Applicants must be enthusiastic and expected to work to high standards, be reliable and self motivated in a busy team environment. For all positions applicants must be willing to work weekends, public holidays and extra shifts as required. Great base wage, weekend penalties and uniforms supplied.
